Abstracts can be submitted until August 10, via https://forms.uu.nl/universiteitutrecht-fsw/WAOP2024-abstract-submission-form. You will be notified about the acceptance of your abstract by end August. 

Best paper award  

When submitting your abstract, you can indicate whether you would like to be considered for the best paper award. Choosing this option requires submission of your full paper by October 1, to waop2024@uu.nl. The evaluation criteria for the best paper award are: originality, theoretical contribution, methodological rigour (if applicable), soundness of data analysis (if applicable), practical relevance, and quality of writing. 

Practitioner session 

When submitting your abstract, you can further indicate whether you would like to be considered for a practitioner session.
