You can register until November 20 via https://forms.uu.nl/universiteitutrecht-fsw/WAOP2024. After registering, you will receive a link for payment.

If you register for the conference, the practitioner session (including drinks afterwards) is included automatically.

Registration fees

□ Conference (including 1-year WAOP membership, excluding dinner) € 155,-

□ Conference (including 1-year WAOP membership) + dinner € 220,-

□ Practitioner session only (including drinks afterwards) € 25,-

□ Practitioner session (including drinks afterwards) + dinner € 90,-

Refund policy  

In case you registered and paid for the conference, and it appears that you cannot join due to unforeseen circumstances, it is possible to get a partial refund up to 2 weeks in advance. For the conference fee without dinner, the partial refund will be € 60,-. For the conference fee including dinner this will be € 100,-.
